Sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate CAS#128-04-1
Distinctive Crystal Appearance: Pure sodium fumarate appears as scaly white crystals, providing a clearly identifiable physical form.
Excellent Water Solubility: Sodium fumarate is highly soluble in water, making it suitable for applications requiring aqueous solutions.
Defined Thermal Dehydration Properties: Its crystallized form contains 2.5 molecules of water of crystallizat-ion. It loses two molecules of water when heated to 115°C and becomes completely dehydrated at 130°C.
Versatile Industrial and Agricultural Applications: Available as a 15% aqueous solution, sodium fumarate forms a transparent light-yellow or grass-green liquid with a relative density of 1.06 and a pH of 9–11. It can also be used as a soil disinfectant.
Products Description of Sodium Fumarate
Pure sodium fumarate appears as scaly white crystals and is highly soluble in water. Crystals obtained through crystallization contain 2.5 molecules of water of crystallization. When heated to 115°C, the crystals lose two molecules of water, while complete dehydration occurs at 130°C. The industrial intermediate is supplied as a 15% aqueous solution, which appears as a transparent, light-yellow or grass-green liquid with a relative density of 1.06 and a pH of 9–11. Sodium fumarate can also be used as a soil disinfectant.

Product Application of Sodium Dimethyldithiocarbamate CAS#128-04-1
Sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate is used as a termination agent in the production of emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene latex. It also serves as an industrial fungicide, a metal precipitating agent, a vulcanization accelerator for rubber products, and an agricultural insecticide. Also known as sodium thiram, sodium N,N-dimethyldithiocarbamate is an important intermediate in the synthesis of fungicides such as thiram, ferrothiram, ammonium thiram, zinc thiram, and nickel thiram.
